The Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville Beach, An Ihg Hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and provides easy access for seniors. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and I felt right at home thanks to the spacious lobby and inviting atmosphere.

The breakfast was excellent, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, truly! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always there when we needed something.

It wasn’t exactly economical, but still acceptable.

Great stay with the pups!

We had such a nice time! The staff was super friendly and even remembered our dogs' names! Our room was decorated with rose petals, and the champagne and strawberries were a sweet surprise. Only hiccup was needing to pay for bottled water as a spire elite member. Breakfast was awesome too. the omelettes were delicious!

holiday inn express was a great choice. the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. it's conveniently across from dollar tree, which was handy. the pool area was well kept, and i really enjoyed taking a dip after a long day at the beach. highly recommend!

The queen room was spacious and had a nice glass-enclosed shower. The friendly front desk staff were quick to assist and provided extra towels promptly. On the downside, the room temperature was difficult to manage, and I noted a lack of hot chocolate sachets by the coffee. The outdoor pool was quite cold, making it less enjoyable.

Loved the quiet atmosphere and excellent location! My room was super clean and the fitness center was a nice touch.

Had an amazing vacation with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was a nice plus to start our days.

We had an issue with the shower water temperature fluctuating during our stay. It was a bit frustrating having to deal with that while on vacation.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember when the staff helped me with my bags on my first stay. Try the breakfast pancakes—they're a nice treat! I'm coming back for a business trip.
